Each year we collaborate with many of the wonderful local organizations to host events annually that are senior friendly. If you are interested in attending any of these events please email seniorsnetworkmpk@gmail.com or call 604-786-7404 to register. All are welcome!
These events include:
Silvertones Choir Concerts- June and December at The Maple Ridge Public Library
Sneak Peek at Country Fest- a chance in July to see the fair exhibits and share in the fun before the fair opens to the public.
Newcomers Thanksgiving- a chance to welcome newcomers to Canada and Maple Ridge and share Thanksgiving traditions with them new and old.
Christmas Cheer Intergenerational Christmas- a chance for youth and Seniors to share a meal and some holiday cheer at Greg Moore Youth Centre.
Community Volunteer Fair- each year we work with SD 42, Foundry and the Maple Ridge Public library to organize a volunteer fair, with over 35 organizations looking for future volunteers and exciting ways to get involved.
