About

The Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Katzie, Seniors Network was formed in 2008. We are a non-profit, community planning table. Our sponsor agency is Community Services. The Seniors Network operates on the unceded and traditional territory of the Katzie and Kwantlen First Nations. We respectfully acknowledge the many nations who are represented by the urban Aboriginal population in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver Areas. In 2023, the Seniors Network Society of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows was registered in the Province of British Columbia.

The Seniors Network works to strengthen the health and well-being of older adults in our communities by advocating for improvements in: seniors’ transportation options, seniors’ affordable housing, health care, home support programs, mental health and dementia supports and more.

  1. I would like to know about government programs for seniors on government pension.

Also more info on grand buddies would be great. I’m disabled and can’t walk although I use a cane.

Also any kind of volunteer work that doesn’t involve walking.

    Thanking you in advance!
